CHICKEN PAPRIKASH

Toss onion to the pan and stir for two minutes, add garlic and stir for three minutes. Now, add the paprika and the all-purpose flour with a teaspoon of salt and a half spoon of grind pepper. Then, pour in the chicken stock and whisk the mixture to make it homogenous and smooth before adding the tomatoes. When tomatoes are tossed to the pan, let the mixture boil over high heat. Return the chicken legs on the pan and let simmer covered, over medium heat during twenty minutes. At the same time you can prepare the noodles and set them among four bowls. When chicken paprikash is ready, top the noodles with appropriate serving and serve with the sour cream. Enjoy!
