DIRECTION:

Add the canola oil t your fry pan, and stir fry the green onions, the sliced shiitake mushrooms during a single minute. The aim is to get the mushroom tender and flavored with green onions. Once again, stir fry the mixture and be sure to spread the ground chicken meat all over the pan. It will take you only seven minutes to get the chicken cooked through. After that, add the seasoned rice vinegar, the diced mango and the toasted sesame oil to the pan. Now, you can turn off the stove and get your butter lettuce leaves ready for wrapping. Form cups with the butter lettuce leaves and pick the two edges with a wooden stick. Serve with different types of creamy and sour sauces.
