CARDAMOM HONEY CHICKEN

DIRECTION:

Meanwhile, you are going to warm your honey in a small saucepan and add the sherry wine, the peppercorns and the cardamom.  Stir the marinade mixture during one minute. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and reserve your marinated chicken in a cool store for thirty minutes or forty five. The resting time depends on you. After that resting time, you are going to take a large frying pan and heat olive oil. Dispose your chicken breasts on the pan and let the skin be side down. When the pieces of chicken are golden you can take them out of the pan. Then, prepare your roasting pan by starting to dispose the slice of lemons all through its base. Top the lemon bed with the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper. Let the cardamom honey chicken bake for fifteen to twenty minutes.
