APPLE CHICKEN QUESADILLA

To prevent them from turning brown, you can toss them with the juice of a lemon. Then, grate your cheddar within a big bowl. Measure a quarter cup of salsa. Keep the rest for other chicken recipes that will come to your mind. Chop your chicken white and fry them until they turn brown. For the frying always use vegetable oil or cooking butter. After that, drain fat from your chopped chicken and reserve them. Now your ingredients are ready!

DIRECTION:
To begin with, you should use a large skillet; like those ones which are perfect to make pancakes and tortillas. Turn your stove fire to medium heat then heat the skillet for 2 minutes. Put a tortilla on the heated skillet and flip it often. When the tortilla forms air pockets and then it puffs up you can sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheddar on its half topped with chicken pieces. To make the cheddar melt, fold over your tortilla and press it down then turn the heat of the stove on low. Now, you can remove the first quesadilla from the skillet and open it up so that you can add the apple slices and the salsa. After that fold on your tortilla again and cut it into three triangle parts. The chicken apple quesadilla is now ready and you can serve it with lemon juice during hot season or with chocolate milk during winter and cold season. If you do not appreciate the presence of uncooked apples within the quesadilla; you can fry the apple slices with butter and add three pinches of salt.
