Else, for the chicken, you can buy one and half pound of skinned and boned chicken thighs so you can prepare at home and reserve skin and bones to make chicken broth.

DIRECTION:
The thickening sauce should be prepared before starting the stir frying. So, to make the sauce, you will need a large bowl and a whip. Avoid using plastic and metal made bowl. After five minutes, pour a half cup of water within your wok stir it well to remove on the browned bits and to form a basic sauce.
